Bangladesh's first leadership organization is the Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center. BYLC's flagship initiative, Building Bridges through Leadership Training, is a four-month youth leadership development program (BBLT).
BYLC offers programs and courses to university students in addition to the BBLT curriculum. BYLC was registered as a non-partisan social enterprise with Bangladesh's Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms in early 2009.

He was also named one of the International Youth Foundation's (IYF) top 20 young social entrepreneurs for the 2010 YouthActionNet Fellowship.

Recently they have announced the Global Youth Climate Summit 2021.
If the frequency and severity of climate change incidents in countries around the world rises, today's young people will experience the worst consequences. UNEP estimates that the human population will exceed 9.6 billion by 2050, requiring three planets worth of resources to survive.
Climate scientists warn that many of the plants and animals we share with the world will be extinct by the end of the century. We must act now to avoid this catastrophe and ensure the prosperity and survival of humanity.
That is why the Global Youth Climate Summit 2021
Any of the delegates to the Summit will also sign a declaration, co-created by young people for young people, to contribute to the measures needed to prevent global climate disaster. It is a single pledge that is important to young people in both developing and developed countries.
In order to inspire young people to take initiatives in their neighborhoods, they will also recognize 12 young climate champions who will be competitively chosen from the delegates.
Each of the champions will receive a full scholarship to take part in a leadership course and a US$1,000 award for their climate project.
To date, more than 3,000 young people from 118 countries have applied to the Summit. I would be delighted if you would invite any deserving young people on your network to apply for the Summit.
